Michael

He stands there
Quivering
His voice weak
Unsure unsteady
Bewildered
Lost
A wrong move
A decision unmade
Which cannot be pulled back
He sealed his fate
When he met those outback
When he accepted a lift in the back of the truck
Now he stands
Shivering
With psychological cold
He screams and screams
And wants home
But it’s all too late
No more home
Just this
The outcome
Of the lift that’s drives him  more
Into hell and the unknown
A place where a boy should never ever go
