How to serve all in the pack when all you do is want to lead?
How to be content as such when everyone slows you down?
How to be patient when out of breath at someone else’s feet?
You wanted to be first in the race for final admiration.
to be embraced and admired for the sake of a bit of fame
You came in just before the last but were first in frustration
You’re the laughing stock as now your team has you to blame
