Midnight Shadow

Great beyond the midnight Shadow Waiting for the break of day It’s scared and horror that’s with the hollow Memory of the night’s stay Hope the day that comes tomorrow Is better than today The past bleak The future vague Hold on tight The endings near The great unknown Begins to unfold Its secrets not unclear With the rays of dawn The Shadow disappears Hold on tight Afore she dies Forever fear As she slips away
