The Might of Humility

In the flux of the day, Through the window of life, Gone are the guardians Marred by strife Outward these wants Smiles to come Remember the times And things that were done A truth into you A lie onto me, Omissions grasp Will set us free On an equal plane I grace the grass Acceptance from above Lets go the past Above adversity Still and humble Keeping careful watch I will not stumble Here is the spring Bubbling vital nourishment Drifting within Its presence is permanent The path is clear With open eyes Unbridled by misconceptions, wrongs, and prides.
