Miles in My Shoes

I've been hurt and my heart's been broken,

I know these are words just spoken.

It comes from inside a place down deep.

That's why I'm afraid to take that first leap.

I say I'm fine, but I'm going insane.

I say I feel good, but I'm in alot of pain.

I say it's nothing, but it's really alot.

I say everything's great but it's really not.

Before you judge my life, How bout walking a mile in my shoes?

Live my doubts, my fears and my Blues

Walk the path I've walked, experience my pain

I promise you it'll make you go insane.

So until you've done that you can not judge

just do you cause I'mma do me and I won't budge.

So those who judge me with no class.

You my friend, can kiss my ass.
