Milk and honey

To many people are dying in the streets. To many kids are crying in their sleep. Veteran Dad on the corner begging for money. While living in the prosperous land of milk and honey. Mommy In the bar tricking for that cash. Let the truth be known yeah she's selling that ass. Daddy did 3 tours but has nothing in return just mediocre medical care from that flash bang burn. The kids eat what he finds Dumpster diving. As he looks in their eyes inside he's slowly dying. Mommy comes home and all there is a big fight. While big sister comforts little brother, nothing new just a regular night. The rich get richer while the poor keep starving. They say no child left behind but poverty today is so alarming. Plenty money to make bombs and go to war. The whole situation makes me sick all the way down to my core.. They say flatten the curve but I need to work. I'm already sick and tired feeling like a jerk. I Miss my family and I miss my friends. But social distancing is the new trend. Call me on the phone or send me a text. 2020 is crazy murder hornets oh lord what's next. How do I just keep it moving When this dam economy is in straight ruin.  I have a little story that I need to tell and no its not about a little boy who fell in a well. Its about how the people let racism keep striving and how the police pull over a black or Hispanic and they keep end up dying. Oh, did I just say something to offend well I really don't give a fituck ill keep speaking the truth to the end. It needs to be known that the privilege is real and I'll tell it to your face I don't care how you feel.
