Millennials are Misfits

First the avacodos, the housing market

Less children, less pets, less everything

We live with less money, when everything costs more

We line our futures with inventions beyond our time

Yet ideals and morals are supposedly out of our minds

We fight for racism and stereotypes because they're archaic

But still Millennials are the Misfits

The world is burning, and we must go on

And still we're wrong

Tell me how would you fix us?

If you caused the break

We're evil and mindless

But you're the ones who raised us

I don't see the point of fighting for a throne

It's just earth

Pass the baton to us so we can learn

So we can teach

Until then well be Misfits

And that's okay with us
