The Mind Is Everything

One thing I cannot live without.
 Is something we all have.
 It is the mind.
 It is the basis
 For all human ingenuity
 The process of thought
 The cage of sanity
 Our entire concept
 Is in grey matter
 If I were alone,
 On a remote island,
 Time stopped around me,
 My mind would break.
 I would not be me.
And that is a life not worth living.
