Mind Matters - Bipolar

I scream on paper to get it into the wind. I battle myself, neither of us win.

If half my brain is hystaria let the other be sence. They talk over each other and I'm stuck in

the mess. I write. Give my emotions limb. A cacophony of mania ready to swim.

I write - I'm alright.
