mind vs. heart

Does anyone else feel like they are useless? Did anyone else think they could be better?

Does anyone else hate themsleves more than their enemies could hate you? Did anyone else think they were loved this whole time?

Does anyone else feel like they are not enough? Did anyone else think they could have it all?

Does anyone else feel like they don't exist? Did anyone else think they were popular or had many friends?

Does anyone else feel like they've failed? Did anyone else think they could succeed?

Does anyone else feel like they've been abandoned? Did anyone else think they had a home?

The voices in our heads are always reminding us:

"No one likes you! No one cares about you!"

"Everyone hates you! You're a failure!"

"No one wants you! You're a disgrace!"

"You have nothing and no one! YOU'RE USELESS! YOU'RE PATHETIC!"

But how many times do we listen to the voice of our hearts?

What you THINK comes from your MIND. What you FEEL comes from your HEART.

And many times we mistaken one action to the opposite object....many, many times.
