Minds

The mind is a fragile thing,
It can soar on wings or take a dive and sink.
Sometimes it's hard to cope,
When our thoughts become a slippery slope.

But there's no need to suffer in silence,
There's no shame in seeking guidance.
A listening ear and a helping hand,
Can make all the difference and help you stand.
