Mine

Music,
vibrant and colorful,
floods the room at your glance.
Weak,
I smile.
My feet move to sing it,
and you laugh.
Loud and without restraint.
I shrink,
but not away,
no,
closer still my hand creeps.
Yours moves,
not away,
my eye's peer
into you,
past myself.
You are soft
in the light.
A warmth takes me,
and my hand,
I let out a sigh.
Contented.
You smile.
I hear again the sound,
of gospel,
your voice,
thick,
sweetly whispers.
"I love you"
My heart falls,
and dances at your feet.
