The Miracle

Walking through the fields of emptiness

The rivers of sorrow

The valleys of defeat

The place of no escape or shall they say

I watch as a butterfly lays

Gazing over the beauty I will never inherit

Its something that isn’t repellent

Admiring from afar, yet the comfort feels close

The sorrows no longer hide my door

The ending is near I see it clear

Guided by the butterfly that dissolves my fear

I lay down and wait

The butterfly saves me from being bait

The valleys and fields become taint

I finally found it peace is here

I’m living in a place of no fear

That's it transcendence appears
