Mirror, Mirror.

Mirror mirror on the wall,

Why do I not look like them all?

Today’s society standards are so high,

which makes me ask, why?

Our face, our body, our hair,

but why should we care?

Kids are feeling insecure

when they need to endure.

They need to endure who they are

because they are stars.

I feel this way though,

and I wish it would go.

So, as I look at these girls,

dancing in the world,

I’ll sit here inside

staring at the ceiling as I cry.

Mirror mirror on the wall,

Why do I not look like them all?
