Mirrors In A Maze

 I see this photograph

I shed tears

Anger brings back the memories

Mad at the world

Mad at life

The urge to hurt or kill taunts me

Dark shadows in my way

Like mirrors in a maze

I try to find my way out

Out of this mad life

Sharp blade of good and evil

Not knowing what to do

I hold it to their necks

Whether to hurt or kill

I ponder the gruesome life I lived

The running, the screams

Wounded people

Mortal remains

My stomach sinks when I see blood

I step back

I look around

I smile

I have found my way out
