Misconceptions

Greed does precede mortality and boundaries

In the eyes of greed, one can only see themselves

Human or Fae, there is no immunity or means

The strength of spirits can only last so long

The strength of temptation

On the other hand

Lasts forever

Once separated, they will collide

Thrones are evil, and queens do desire

An all encompassing passion

Of lust

And hunger

And power

A queen of households and one of kingdoms

A king of works and one of courts

Both will whip you

Till you bleed

Both will work you

Till you fall

And both will tell you

Their sickest pleasures

And both will win

At every fight

For hero’s valor does not extend

To the likes of them

Hero’s valor makes you weak

And they are strong

They are masters

And you

You are slaves
