A Misguided Plea
In life we focus on the bad, never the good.
We constantly tell ourselves it's our own fault when things go wrong.
Day-to-day, we beat ourselves up over what happens.
To fix it you have to focus on the positive.
We often say, "The bad happened because of the good"
But think about it my way for a second.
Maybe the bad happened because of what we thought was the good but never really was.
We persuade ourselves that those times were the good times because we FELT happy.
Temptation works in mysterious ways.
Let go of the past, focus on the future.
We do it to ourselves when we hang on to those negative emotions and experiences.
Release... piece by piece.
Stop feeding that internal inferno.
If you don't, it'll just be...
A Misguided Plea for Help.
