MISS YOU DAD

It's eight years down the line since his depart, Diseases and death made up their mind to ensure that we part, In the way most unacceptable, Though I play to be comfortable It's a fact that I can't forgo , However, it's so many years ago The memories are still fresh. I remember your words so clear in my memory, Never to forget all your corrections , though now are history, You ensured our wellbeing, Though some treated us as though not beings, You did all to make us be, where were to be and so we will be. I envy others when they celebrate, Their father's day they tolerate, But me I will always be in tears, As long as I live all these years. No regrets, you did us a favor, Of marrying a mom who added flavor, In our family even after you had gone. I celebrate her...😢😢.
