missing to love, hating to miss

no speaking.

no looking.

well, maybe just a quick peek

but no speaking.

casual staring.

a smile here and there

but still no speaking.

laugh loud to make you notice.

i smile like i'm not broken.

thinking about you constantly

but still, no speaking.

we slowly start to speak,

but never in public.

maybe you'll get my number?

not quite.

we're not there yet...

you say you're sorry more times than needed.

i say i'm sorry twice.

flirting.

the casual type.

i missed you like crazy.

i hope you missed me too.

still no speaking in public

you have my number.

calls late at night

the "i love you" starts to form.

sleepless nights thinking of only you.

i'm wracking my brain once more.

no.

this has to stop.

it's over.

for good this time.

no speaking ever again...
