Dear Missing Piece,

Where have you gone?

I know it hasnt been too long, but it feels like forever

Because it just feels wrong

To have you so far away and think about you whenever

Where have you been?

Here and there for over three years, always just out of reach

And this ride has been difficult but I keep tryin

To make you stay, but circumstances suck happiness like a leech

What will you do?

We seem to be closer than ever

You say you love me, and I know I love you

But there always seems to be something off in the distance- a terrible sickness, terrible fever

What is going to happen?

You will leave again soon to fill my heart with sadness till rupture

But I still hope for the day we are back together laughin
