Missing You

As I lay in my bed every night,

I think about all the good times we had.

Every smile, every laugh, every hug that we shared.

All of the wonderful memories Ill never forget. You were the only person I could really trust,

But now you're not here.

I know that you're in a better place,

and I know you're watching over me,

but I just can't shake this feeling..

This feeling of missing you.

A feeling that makes me cry every time I think of you.

You were a very special person,

Someone who was always there for me.

I knew that I could count on you,

I knew that you'd be there

But now you've been taken away from me,

At such a young age.

Even though you're in a happier place,

I still wish you were here with me.

Still here, living a long happy life,

making new memories everyday.

I know you'e in a better place,

and I know you're watching over me,

but I just can't shake this feeling...

This very sad feeling.

The feeling of missing you :/
