Missing You

You’re what I yearn for

From the crown to the core

Lusting for you more and more

Your splendor is all I’m seeing

Throbbing throughout my being

My most eloquent heartcry

Someone to stand beside

In pain

To live for or to die for

Each breath

Each thought

Each moment exchanged

Cherishing each memory shared

Love fills my heart

Tears flow my eyes

Emphasizing the compassion within me that lies

No measure could match its size

Musing

Pondering

Contemplating

Daydreaming of you

I miss you

And I’ll be here waiting
