A Mistake to Love

Hey baseball player, hey charming prince You were the one I fell in love ever since The minute I saw those pearly whites and hear your amiable laugh It all happened in American Government class You’re not like one of those guys And I could tell by looking at your immense chocolate eyes Bashful I was to tell how I feel about you Then I decided to send you a miniature clue A month later you never knew who I was Dude, I went to your game and cheered that your team won! I confessed it to your friends and your sister too All of the sudden, a little birdie peep it to you Downhill it went and you thought it was a comical joke You didn't even see that my heart literally broke I don’t know why I love you in the first place I wish for you to get out of my face Hey baseball player, hey beastly prince I don't need you I got my independence.
