MISUNDERSTOOD

Misunderstood

Some dont know if its corrupt, or if its good.

I'm diverse, and I like it.

I can't help it, and I wont fight it.

Dont think you know me, because I am Misunderstood,

Yes I am black, but I do as I should.

I may talk different, I may use slang,

No I dont fight, I am not in a gang.

I have so much anger built up inside,

So it's hard to stop and swallow my pride.

But I'll do it anyways, if it helps me,

Money is the movtive, but knowledge is the key.

Do you not understand? I am Misunderstood,

I just keep on pushinh, like the little engine that could.

But I wanted a break from life,

But life broke me instead,

Not a mild concussion, but a bullet to the head.

One day i will be understood,

With the things I do and say.

Something's will never change,

But hey, that's people anyway.
