Misunderstood

 I am  Misunderstood

People take one look and think they know it all

 It isn't fair

Pain, grief, anger it has it all

People take one look and think they know it all

I want to tell them, instead you hide

Pain, grief, anger it has it all

When people ask if you're okay I lie save it for another day

I want to tell them, instead I hide

I build up walls instead of tear them down

When people ask if you're okay I lie save it for another day

I just want to be left alone

I build up walls instead of tear them down

When I fall no one cares

I just want to be left alone

 I wish they would listen

When you fall no one cares

 It isn't fair

 I wish they would listen

I am misunderstood
