Mixed Feelings

Mixed Feelings As I seek for happiness I find myself in a mess When I try something new It’s all because of you You leave me with mixed feelings When you decide to act like I don’t exist But then you come back and want to give me a kiss How can I find my happiness when all I do is stress? You leave me to guess When all we can do is play chess Dang! All you do is make a mess But there’s something I need to confess I got your address! I’m just playing but I hope that made your day There isn’t anything else to say You just make my days gray Because you just like to play Sometimes I wish you would go away. Because of all that you did You made it seem like you were a kid That I cannot forgive When you wanted to get serious You seemed a little mysterious After a while I got a little curious But when I knew it was real I started to feel This little sensation of eating a meal This all may seem like a joke But i'm not lying to you folks When all this happened I didn’t know what to say I was unsure to make another mistake I just really needed a break But out of nowhere I said “YES!” This all seems like an illusion It leads to a simple conclusion With only one resolution Which leads to the end of our confusions
