Modern Day Slavery
In 1624
the first african american was born
years laters
Africans are enslaved
Americans fought for their own liberty
but they started to do the same
they placed them in chains
after the civil war
america was torn
They gave them their liberty
but secertly they didnt
years of pains
they have went through
to even pick up the same textbook
but have the chains really been broken
all the years of suffering
and they still are at the bottom
corrupt police officers putting on the chains
they have now taken the place of old white settlers
setencing them to years in modern labors
no one is happy but private prisons
because they can sell out these new slaves
into doing hardwork and labor
putting more money in their pockets and keeping minorities at the bottom
