Modern Legend

A modern legend

One who would be perceieved by most as an angel from heaven

When in reality they are the ones who are forgotten

Which is why they are a legend

Legends live forever

Yet they die

With no tears to be shed

In the dirt with no stone they lie

Shunned from the public

Hated but beloved

And when the end becomes the current

There is no hatred that could hurt it

A Legend.
