Molded Children

Human lives are constantly molded

Adults are the artists, children the clay

Ready to be shaped and molded by the hands of others

Clay is molded from slight hands, the soft whisper of words

The smallest of movements make large impacts

Children take notice to small motions, big gestures, slight words, actions

My artist had an idomitable spirit

Constantly caring, pushing, shaping, encouraging

Caring about my well being

Pushing me to be the best me

Shaping me into a strong young adult

Encouraging me to be a leader

Every child reaches a point where they must meet the oven

Where they must be solidified to enter the world

Once through the oven, they become artists themselves

The cycle, clay to artist, clay to artist
