Molding a Man

Divorce is a bitter thing

Not very sweet

Causing some people to drag their feet

At the end of the tunnel there's always light

Even during the darkest nights

The pain is temperary

It can be overcame

Almost like a twisted game

The man of the house

Is what I conformed to

Not my choice but now my status

Many resposibilities were given

And all were taken

Going back there'd be no other way

Because now I am the man I am today
