Mom

Mom

From the very beginning she had my heart

Until the very end we shall never be apart

Loving, sweet and oh so dear

Always wishing she was near

Sill as beautiful as the luminous moon

Even making the angels in heaven swoon

With light in her eyes and love in her heart

She is more than just a work of art

Always putting others needs first

Even when they are at their worst

Brightening up the day with just a simple smile

Knowing to spend her time worthwhile

Making every moment more special than the last

Wishing time wouldn’t fly by so fast

Rare like gold, frankincense and myrrh

Hoping that someday I can be half as perfect as her
