MOM

From apologizing for her behavior at 5

To being the adult at 10

From telling her to stop at 12

To throwing her bottles to the trash without her noticing.

From wanting an end.

To never wanting it to end.

From saying congratulations for one week of sobriety.

To saying happy 9th year.

I watched her grow While she made me proud.
