Mom

Mom, you have no idea what you mean to me

I've looked up to you since I was three

I hug you with all my might

You squeeze me back so tight

You say exactly what’s on your mind

But at the same time, you’re oh so kind

You are truly my best friend

A hand, you’re always there to lend

As you get ready to set me free

Know that without you, I could never be
