Mom Poem

Through thick and thin you never let me down

Showed me right from wrong in this ghetto town

There are times I have made the wrong choice

But at the end of the day we see eachother and rejoice

A single hard working women

Independent not needing from no men

Living in the busy San Diego city

I know some of your days can be shitty

The reason you brought me to United States

Was to break our poor curse with hard work and hope for good fate

Now almost heading of to college

I know that I'm on the right track with decent Knowledge

I will always be there for you too

Because I love you so much even if my expressions don’t give many clues

Even on days that you have got me the most mad

I will never forget you are my mom/dad

This poem is about my mom and her hard work being independent rasing my brother and I.
