The Moment (Free Verse Feels Like Bondage)

Night falls and the air feels still

Breath feels heavy and shallow

Time feels like it's come to a hault

Change feels like conforming....yeah conforming

Life feels like joy that's witholding

I'm just tryna break my fears

Every now and then they go and disappear

I feel my heart racing, feel mistaken, don't see the chains breaking, time is taking

So dry your tears

You've been strong for so long please don't erase the years

My heart says cary on, you can't erase the wrong, for me just be strong

The moment will come someday.

Sky falls and the air feels blustery

Breath feels cool, then warm, then free

Time feels hesitantly pushed

Change finally feels like a process.... much needed

Life feels like hate that never seeps through.
