A Moment In The Sun

I walked a moment in the sun

While my life came slowly undone

So when you asked me to stay a while

I could do nothing more than smile

A ray of life sat in my floor

And interrupted the pain felt before

Until a storm blew through the house

Chasing away your light with clouds
