Moment of Truth
You once told
me that you loved
me, but why did
you leave me?
I've given you
chances as an
oblivious little
bastard, but as soon
as your intuition
detected such
innocence, you
stepped on my
leaf of innocence,
and you let the
cruel cold of the
snow bury me.
I believed that things
were heading to a
better direction,
but it lead
me to your
path of
unforgettable deception.
Why abuse the
leaf of innocence
that once
looked up to you?
I no longer know
what to call you;
calling you my Papá
is not good enough.
I hold no grudges,
but what can I do
for you,
now that your leaf
of deception has
been crushed by
karmic justice?
I can't help you;
remember when
my leaf was crushed
by your boot?
I don't think
you do,
but I do know
that now,
like I,
you are broken,
but I can't help
you.
You are a stranger
through blood, whom
I know, but
means nothing to me.
Now I've recovered,
and your crushed
leaf of deception
is still laying in
the spot where
the karmic justice
crushed you.
Without compassion,
I blew you away -
into the cruel
cold of the snow,
which is now
burying you.
One day, Papá,
I may forgive you -
one day,
I might just
love you again.
