Moment of Weakness

Giving in
To the negative thoughts
Finally seeing all the torment they have caused

No one loves me
I'm better all alone
Letting myself believe them

They are false friends
Giving a false sense of security
laying dormant inside for the moment I set you free

They take over my mind
Changing my outlook on life
And using my weakness to their advantage

Pressuring me
Until I give in
In that moment of weakness

MissPoetic

I'm just a girl who wants to write poetry and share it with others, with the hope that it might inspire someone someday to write their own. :P
