The Moments

The moments, ordinary, have started adding up,
From sharing meals together, or coffee in a cup,
Subtract the times when sadness had tried to seize the way,
As love returned with gladness; a new and brighter day.
-
You've multiplied enjoyment, and growing with each time
The sum of all the good things, and heights you've helped me climb
You've showed me that my sorrows are tough to bear alone
Divided, eas'ly carried and helped by love you've shown
