The Moments I Remember

It is like we are sailing away and yet we are at bay

still in the middle of tomorrow and yesterday

not knowing why we try so hard to live in the moment

time stands so still for us and those cold winter dreams still sends chills to us.

even today, by the waterside

even still so warm by your side

memories flood us with everything we need to survive

Its like we are sailing away

but we are at bay

stuck in between tomorrow and yesterday

not knowing why we try

why we live and die

but in this moment we are free.
