Momma

Probably the realest I've ever wrote.. "MOMMA" BY:R.P Stevens So many women have done me wrong So many women have come and gone Only one has been there since day 1 I'm proud to say I am her son My momma is still riding after all these years She still stands by me, after all her tears At times she let me do it, all on my own But never did she leave me all alone She kept her distance, hell I left her no choice In the back of my mind, always heard her voice "I love you baby boy you are my son"! But I don't like the person you have become If ever truer words were spoken I haven't begun to hear them Cause now the person I became Even I began to fear him Now I look back, hindsight 20/20 And how my actions hurt momma plenty I could go on pages and pages These words of praise could span for ages But short and sweet, they say it best So before I go, just one line left There's no way better than to end like this I love you momma, with a hug and a kiss.. Your son.....
