Mommers
It was my Mommers and me growing up, no other daily support but she.
She is the reason I am who I am in all that I do, work, and see.
I will now retract that and say, she taught me "God first" was the way.
She is my Mommers whom I have no need to call, text, or write, because she says she knows I love her
even though I am not in sight. When she saw me every day in and day out,
put me to sleep, sang to me "Hush Little Baby" and then just maybe...I would not have
bad dreams, and then there was the "See you in the mornin," that would seal my "maybe"
into a hushed little baby (boy).
Of course I will cherish these childhood memories forever, even when she is gone; she
will be remembered when I decide, for my children, I will pass these memories on.
I will miss her, but she always said she was trying to get into Heaven, and this I believe
is where she will be for her and my eternity.
