Mommy it hurts

It hurts when,

you push me down when the other kids are being picked up

It hurts when,

my hair is pulled out when the other kids come with ponytails to school the next day

It hurts when,

I am being drowned when the other kids are swimming

It hurts when,

I get 89 days of the belt when the other kids are wearing one

It hurts when,

the flesh of my skin burnt off when the other kids are getting sunburned from play

It hurts when,

mommy says you were a curse and the other kids say they are loved.

When I grow up I will not be like mommy.
