Moms Words

I came in the world crying and fussing

Man we didn’t have nothing

As I grew up I thought things would change

And nothing would ever be the same

My momma told me one day you’ll be great

The whole world will hear your name

You just never forget about us

The only people you ever need to trust

All I ask from you is one thing

One thing, only one thing please

Put a smile on someone’s face

Make them feel like they’re in a good place

It’s a huge world out there

But you don’t need to be scared, she said

Every single day you jump out of bed

You just make sure to get that BREAD!
