Mondays.

wanting to run away due to the piles of homework

"READY SET GOO!", as my coach says.

I start to run, slowly sweating harder and harder every step i take,

getting closer to the finish line.

I pass this girl who's panting like crazy. Then finally i cross the finish line.

My legs are trembling, trying to walk i slowly fall to my knees, pleading for water.

I hear everyone yelling at me to get up, it will help with the recovery.

As I slowly get up, it feels like one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life,

trying to push off the track floor.

Once again, my heart breaks hearing the coach scream, "TWO MORE!"
