Monster

Broken by what you did Forced to face you for what you are The monster that lurks in the dark My worst nightmare and greatest fear I will not let you win You can put on a show for everyone else And pretend to be the victim Bust out a few fake tears And tell your pathetic sob story But I see you for what you really are A coward hiding behind a cool façade You can try that shit on everyone else But I will always see you for you You tried to destroy my life Stole my childhood, my innocence... But not what makes me who I am I'm stronger than you And will not let you win I will scream from the rooftops about what you did You will not be able to hide You will never win
