Monster in the Making

I could hear his voice call out for me.

Every inch of me wants to run free.

But I’m stiff, stuck like glue.

Skin painted purple and blue.

Like an elegant work of art.

She was torn apart.

No matter how much she would break.

There is one thing he cannot take.

A monster he will not make.
