Mood Swings

It's tomorrow now, time to get up and start your day.

Piss, shower, brush and you're on your way

Classes breeze by and it's time to relax

Good day ahh back to my dorm,

Once the door closes my happiness is gone

I am left to think about how my life has went on

The decisions I have made and in the past and what I have done wrong

Damn these mood swings I was just so happy; now I'm pacing the floor face wet with worry

Some may call it crazy, but for me it's life's everyday story

I can't control my emotions and my sanity is blurry

Forget counseling and friends who act like they care

You don't know my struggle, hell you weren't even there!

So don't tell me you understand because you don't

Don't tell me you'll be here because I know you won't!

Phone rings, hello, yeah let's go

Shoes, coat, glasses and now I'm gone

Met up with some people and fun time is on

I'm smiling as if I didn't just cry, and the scary part is I do not know why

But I'm having fun and this side of me is happy while the other side is waiting for something bad to happen

It's not easy being me, but I chose to do it. I may be a little off, but I'll never lose it

I'm just the same as any other human being, the only difference is I have uncontrollable

MOOD SWINGS!
