The moon

The moonlight reflected on my face

Illuminating,
My raven hair soaking up the silver glow
My chocolate eyes smiling at the stars.

My pen like a river
Flowing,
The paper a river bank
The moon my muse

A single tear coming from my face
Falling,
My finger a bucket
My feelings a culprit

The world is my glove
Comforting,
My heart is my warmth
The moon is my light
