THE MOON AND ITS LOVER

When the sun finally sets

And the darkness rises to devour the day

My heart with be at ease

For my love will not forsake me

My darling shines in the sky

Like a diamond in the dark

He only comes in the night

To feed me with his curried love

I see millions of men

Every time when he is away

Each offering their best

To lure me into a love fest

My love built me a castle

And gave me a golden crown

He took me to a trip

To a place beyond my deepest dream

He sends me kisses

Every day before I go to bed

And when he finally sets

I wait for him to rise again
